ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“a. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents No.2 and 3 to release the salary of the petitioner from March 2022 till date along with the interest for the delayed payment by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 3-9-2022 and representations dated 17-10-2022 vide Annexures-D and E respectively and to pass appropriate orders within time frame. b. Issue such other suitable writ or order or directions as this Hon’ble court deems fit under the circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Learned HCGP submits that the prayer of the petitioner has been redressed and the salary is paid till date. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. The petition stands disposed.
