Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the proceeding initiated on the basis of the impugned notice dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure No.9 to the writ petition) issued by the respondent no.3 - Sub Divisional Magistrate, Saurikh, District Kannauj; B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to demolish the building of the institution and not to interfere in the administration of the institution in any manner." 2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated against the petitioner and notice has been issued. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that objections have already been filed and the matter has already been concluded in the consolidation proceedings. It is only on the political pressure that such proceedings has been initiated. 4. This Court after hearing the counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material on record finds that as the proceedings under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been initiated and the petitioner has filed reply to the said notice, the revenue authorities are hereby directed to proceed with the said matter and decide the same strictly, in accordance with law, considering the objections raised by the petitioner, within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
