Petitioner is also residing at Mettupalayam. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records. 4.In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.282 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Mettupalayam. 5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.
