The instant revision has been filed by the revisionist against the impugned order dated 16.5.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge Prevention of Corruption Court No. 4, Gorakhpur in Misc. Application No. 588 of 2024, (Prabhakar Singh Vs. Krishna Kumar Gupta & others) by which his application u/s 173(4) of BNSS has been dismissed. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that he wants to withdraw the instant revision and therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to file a criminal complaint against opposite party nos. 2 and 3. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
