It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner cannot marry the victim girl as he is already a married person and that the said fact was not brought to the notice of the Court during the hearing of bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.3758 of 2025. Therefore, the petitioner have committed very serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl, due to which, the minor victim girl also delivered a baby. 3. Therefore, the present petition seeking modification of the condition cannot be considered and accordingly dismissed. Further, the bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3758 of 2025 on 14.02.2025 is hereby cancelled.
