The case of the petitioner is that her application for compensation under Mukhyamnatri Kishan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojna has not been decided by the District Level Committee so far in view of adverse report by the Insurance Company. The petitioner has, therefore, prayed for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the claim. 2. We find that Insurance Company has recommended for rejection of the claim on the ground that it was filed after more than four months. 3. As the final decision with regard to maintainability of the claim has to be taken by District Level Committee, therefore, we dispose of the instant writ petition with direction to respondent no.2 to ensure that the claim is decided by the District Level Committee expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order. It shall be open to the petitioner to file supporting evidence and judgements before respondent no.2 within two weeks alongwith copy of the instant order. (Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra, J.)
