It has been submitted in the said report that the matter was placed before the Committee and after due consideration, the Child Welfare Committee passed an order for the child to be placed in a Protection Home i.e. Gandhi Vineeta Ashram Children Home, Kapurthala Road, Jalandhar for her care, protection and rehabilitation in accordance with the provision of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. As per the order, the child was escorted and admitted to the said Ashram on 06.08.2025. The necessary entry has been recorded in the Child Welfare Committee proceedings and the Protection Home Register. So, keeping in view the aforesaid report, no further order is required to be passed.
