Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shruti Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to decide the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Clerk as Backward Class which has not been fulfilled according to the reservation policy of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.5 has been appointed as Clerk in the institution of respondent no.4 without following the reservation policy.
