Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:136818 Court No. - 74 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 8892 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mahendra Singh Yadav Respondent :- State Of Uttar Pradesh And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Saroj Kumar Dubey,Uma Shankar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Pachori,J. Sri Saroj Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.K. Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State are present. The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 7.5.2025 passed by Session Judge, Ghazipur, in Criminal Revision No. 291 of 2024, whereby revisional court affirmed the
order dated 8.8.2024 passed by Additional Civil Judge (S.D.)/A.C.J.M., Ghazipur, in Complaint Case No. 69102 of 2023, whereby learned magistrate dismissed the complaint.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that all the allegations are related to purely civil dispute and in this regard a civil suit is pending between the parties for partition of house. Both the parties are real brothers. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition. In view of above, the present petition is dismissed.
