This application has been preferred under Order 41 Rule 5 of CPC to stay the execution of the judgment and decree dated 01.08.2023 passed in TS No.07/2021 as well as to stay the further proceeding of T. Ex. No. 15/2023 pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hailakandi.
