This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 05.03.2025 & 24.07.2025 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No.1, Mathura, 3. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of C.P.C. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy as available to him under law. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
