This is an application for impleadment of opposite party/new respondent i.e. the Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Hengrabari, Guwahati inasmuch as it is the case of the petitioner that the earlier Chief Engineer, (respondent No. 6) has already expired. Perused the materials available on record. A notice was served upon the proposed respondent on 25.09.2024 and 03.01.2025. Considering the above as well as the order in question, the present application stands allowed by impleading Smt. Gayatri Bhattacharyya, Chief Engineer, PHE Department as respondent No. 6. The name of the earlier respondent No. 6 i.e. Nasimul Hague be deleted from the array of the respondents as the said respondent has in the meantime expired.
