Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant, in Court today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against order dated 13.01.2020, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Dehat in Misc. Case No. 34 of 2015 (Smt. Reeta Pal and Others Vs. Man Chandra), under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station- Bilhaur, District - Kanpur Nagar. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the opposite party no.2 to 4 were awarded maintenance @ Rs. 2,600/- per month vide judgment dated 29.01.2015, passed by the Family Court, Kanpur Dehat. In pursuance to order dated 23.11.2024, the applicant has paid an amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the opposite party no.2.. It was submitted that applicant may be permitted to deposit the arrears of maintenance in installments. 5. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant files an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today with prayer to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. For a period of two weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against applicant in aforesaid proceedings under Section - 125(3) Cr.P.C. 6.
