This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers; "i. Issue a writ, order in the nature of CERTIORARI to call for the records of the case and quash the notices dated 18.06.2024, 03.07.2024, 24.07.2024 and 12.09.2024 issued by the respondent no. 3 to the petitioners as well as further proceeding of case No. T202311520402426, T20231152042431, T202411520406736, T202411520408853, T20241152040884 respectively under section 104/105 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 Act(Annexure no. 1 to the Writ Petition). ii. Issue a writ, order in the nature of CERTIORARI to call for the records of the case and quash the impugned order dated 16.09.2014 by which the order dated 13.08.2014 was cancelled both the orders were passed by the respondent no 3 under section 143 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. ACT, 1952(Annexure no. 2 to the Writ Petition)" 2. From perusal of the prayers made in writ petition, it appears that petitioners are challenging the show cause notice issued to them. Petitioners have a remedy of filing reply to the said show cause notice. 3. It is provided that ventilating their grievance if reply is filed by petitioners alongwith certified copy of this order, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of reply. 4.
