According to the petitioner, he is having no-objection from Nagar Nigam for running a meat shop. On basis thereof, he has applied for grant of license under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. The said application is stated to be pending. The present petition has been filed for restraining the respondents from interfering in carrying on business of meat by the petitioner. 2. As admittedly till date, there is no license in favour of the petitioner for carrying on business of selling meat and the application is stated to be pending, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 3.
