No.1811 of 2025 2.The petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.850 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsiff Court, Sholinganallur for bare injunction as against respondents 4 to 11 herein. Pending suit, the third respondent permitted respondents 4 to 11 herein to put up extra construction in the petitioner’s property. 3.The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has lodged complaint requesting to restrain respondents 4 to 11 herein from putting up construction. He further submitted that since civil dispute is pending between petitioner and respondents 4 to 11, the third respondent cannot take any action. 4.The learned counsel for the fifth respondent submitted that the private respondents are in possession of the subject property. 5.Already suit is pending before the civil Court. In view of the above, respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 11.
