The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 05/2023 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 01A/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 15, 18, 25, 27(a), 28 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Palamu. 3. On 30.01.2023 at about 11:00 P.M., Naudiha Bazar police destructed poppy cultivation from the government land. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the name of petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons who were apprehended at spot. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
