JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This writ petition by the State Authorities is directed against order dated 21.04.2023 passed in Application No.11339/2022 by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Belagavi1, whereunder the order of suspension of respondent No.1 was quashed. 2. Heard the learned Government Advocate Sri. G.K. Hiregoudar for the petitioners and perused the entire writ petition papers. 3. Respondent No.1 was kept under suspension by order dated 16/17.09.2022, which was the subject matter of Application No.11339/2022 before the Tribunal. Questioning the said order dated 21.04.2023, the present writ petition is filed on 30.07.2025 i.e. after more than two years of order of the Tribunal without noticing the fact that suspension of respondent No.1 was revoked by order dated 17.02.2024 apart from issuing articles of charge dated 3.2.2024. 4. When the petitioners themselves revoked the order of suspension on 17.2.2024 and issued articles of charge on 3.2.2024 before revoking suspension, there was no cause of action or occasion for the petitioners to prefer the present writ petition. Hence, we find no merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition stands rejected. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of as not surviving for consideration.
