Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 72 of 2025 arising out of Burmamines P.S. Case No. 59/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(4) /310(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamshedpur. On 05.11.2024 at about 10:30 P.M., Burmamines police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons from a vacant quarter at Burmamines road. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of the partitioner and co-accused persons. It is alleged that the accused persons had assembled there and making preparation of committing dacoity. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
