The case of the petitioner is that in the said Aadhar card, her date of birth has been wrongly mentioned as 02.05.2012 in place of 02.05.2010. The petitioner is stated to have filed her birth certificate in support of the application. 3. Submission is that the matter is still pending and no decision has been taken. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that a direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to take decision in the matter. 4. Shri Satendra Kumar Upadhyay, Advocate is present on behalf of the respondents. He does not oppose the prayer. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that appropriate action is taken on the application dated 01.04.2025 filed by the petitioner for correction of date of birth in the Aadhar card within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order subject to the petitioner completing the requisite formalities.
