Heard learned counsel for petitioner. 3. Notice sent to first respondent has been returned with an endorsement ‘door locked’. Though notice has been served on respondents 2 and 4, none appeared on their behalf. 4. Ms.C.Harini, learned counsel, takes notice for third respondent. 5. Dr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel, takes notice for fifth respondent. 6. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 432 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned. 7. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Ms.C.Harini, learned counsel for third respondent and Dr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel for fifth respondent at the time of admission.
