By way of this petition, the applicant has prayed for following reliefs:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and correct the order dated 30.01.2025 in the interest of justice. ” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical mistake respondent No. 2 The Superintending Engineer, Public Works Division No. 2, Raipur, District-Raipur (C.G.) is typed instead of The Superintending Engineer Public Works Department, Raipur Circle Raipur (C.G.) and Respondent No. 3 The Executive Engineer, Public Works Division, Gariyaband, District- Gariyaband (C.G.) is typed instead of The Executive Engineer Public Works Department Division No.-3 Atal Nagar Naya Raipur (C.G.) in the cause title. He further submits that in para No. 2 of the order it was inadvertently mentioned that the petitioner was working as Daily Wager in the P.W.D. department, however, in the para 8.2 of the petition it was pleaded by the petitioner that he was appointed as a daily wager and subsequently become a regular employee and 3 superannuated as a regular employee. 3. No objection has been raised from other side to the modification sought for. 4. Accordingly, the order dated 30.01.2025 passed in WPS No. 839/2025 is modified as under:- (i) In the cause title of the order in place of respondent No. 2 following is substituted: “The Superintending Engineer, Public Works Department, Raipur Circle, Raipur (C.G.).” (ii) In the cause title of the order in place of respondent No. 3 following is substituted: “The Executive Engineer Public Works Department, Division No. -3, Atal Nagar, Naya Raipur (C.G.).” (iii) In para No. 2 of the order the words “petitioner is retired employee of respondent department, who was working as Daily Wager in Public Works Department” are substituted by the following words: “the petitioner was appointed as a daily wager under respondent No. 1/ Public Works Department and since then he has continuously worked and subsequently he has been regularized and upon completion of age of superannuation, the petitioner has been retired from his service.” 5.
