The instant application has been filed for preponement of the date of hearing of the main case, which is otherwise fixed for 01.09.2025 and dispose of the same in view of the judgment dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-31692-2024 titled as ‘Surya Sangwan Vs. State of Haryana Through Director Sports & Youth Affairs and another’. Notice of the application. Learned State counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent(s)-State and submits that she has no objection, if the aforesaid prayer is allowed. In view of the above, the application is disposed of and the main case is preponed from 01.09.2025 and taken on Board of this Court for hearing today itself. Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 20.05.2024 passed by respondent No.2 whereby the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Coach (OSP) (Group-C) in view of the Haryana Outstanding Sports Persons (Grade A, B and C) Service Rules, 2021 has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s) contends that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-31692-2024 titled as ‘Surya Sangwan Vs. State of Haryana Through Director Sports & Youth Affairs and another’ and that the claim of the petitioner(s) be considered in light of the same. 3. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position and has no objection for considering the claim of the petitioner(s) in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case with a direction to respondent(s)-authorities to consider the case of the petitioner(s) in accordance with law as well as in view of the judgment dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in Surya Sangwan (supra).
