On the request made by the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005 informations were provided by the Public Information Officer to the petitioner, which was received by him on 09.04.2025. Aggrieved against the aforesaid certain objections were submitted by him before the same authority on 13.04.2025. Since no decision was taken on the same petitioner preferred present writ petition. 2. On the other hand a preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the contesting respondents that in case petitioner was not satisfied with the information provided to him by Public Information Officer, he has remedy to file first appeal under Section 19 (1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the appellate authority. 3. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to permit him to file first appeal before the appellate authority. 4. In this view of the matter and without interfering with the order, which is under challenge, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to file first appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from today. In case if it is so, the appellate authority is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
