Learned Additional Government Advocate submits the factual report dated 09.09.2025, and the same is taken on record, wherein it is stated that after investigation, final negative report has been submitted before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.19, Jaipur. The report has been accordingly accepted by the Court below vide order dated 11.09.2019. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
