This MCC has been filed seeking restoration of Second Appeal No.367/2007, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order of this Court dated 02.01.2020. 5. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Second Appeal No.367/2007 is restored to its original number for its hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
