CORAM :THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI : 26^'’March, 2025. DATE P C : The present writ appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent has been preferred against an interim order, dated 17.02.2025, passed in writ petition No.30857 of 2024. The petitioner - appellant herein had challenged the memo, dated
2. 24.10.2024, issued by the Endowments Department - respondent No.1 herein and the Show Cause Notice, dated 20.12.2024, issued by the T.T.D.- respondent No.2 herein, in the writ petition. It appears that by virtue of an interim
order, dated 27.12.2024, the operation of the said memo was suspended. However, by virtue of the impugned order, dated 17.02.2025,
2 HCJ & RCJ WA 146_2025 respondent - T.T.D. has been permitted to proceed further as per the Show Cause Notice, in accordance with law. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant states that an explanation to theShow Cause Notice has since been filed before the concerned authority.
3.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the order impugned is an innocuous order, as the T.T.D. cannot be prevented from issuing the Show Cause Notice or proceeding in accordance with law to take action in regard to the violations committed by the petitioner - appellant herein with regard to the approved plans.
5. Be that as it may, we find no merit in the present writ appeal which is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this appeal, shall stand closed.
