The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.47 dated 14.06.2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3) BNS at Police Station Dhilwan, Kapurthala. 2. Vide order dated 30.07.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 08.08.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.
