For Petitioners : Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen For Respondents : Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) High Court of Madras O R D E R This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to act upon petitioners’ complaint dated 10.12.2025; and consequently, to provide necessary police protection to the agricultural land comprised in Survey Nos.46, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 55 measuring and extent of 9 acres 90 cents, situated at Aandarmadam Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, which are absolutely owned by the petitioners as per the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.291 of 2009 dated 10.11.2025 passed by the learned District Munsif Judge, Ponneri. 2.The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioners, CSR No.162/2025 was assigned and thereafter, enquiry 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P. Crl. No.1813 of 2025 was conducted with the counter party and the same was closed on 25.04.2026. 3.That apart, police protection cannot be granted for the property. At the same time, if any offence is committed by the counter party, petitioners are at liberty to lodge fresh complaint.
