Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quash the impugned first information report dated 21.06.2025 case crime No.158 of 2025 under section 109(1),191(2),352,351 B.N.S. Police station Khudaganj District Shahajahanpur. (b). Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding police of Police Station Nigohi, District Shahajahanpur to not to arrest the petitioner in case crime No.158 of 2025 under section 109(1), 191(2), 352, 351 B.N.S. Police station Khudaganj District Shahajahanpur till the submission of charge sheet." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
