The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining respondent Nos.5 and 6 or any other person acting on their behalf from organizing or conducting any fair, mela, or commercial activity over Gata No.2191, situated at Village Jhinjhana, Tehsil Oon, District Shamli, recorded as public graveyard in revenue records. (ii). Direct the respondent No.s2 and 3 to take immediate steps to protect the graveyard land from encroachment, misuse and illegal occupation, and to ensure that no activity violating the sanctity of the graveyard is permitted henceforth." 2. Shir Kaushal Kishore Mani, Advocate appearing for respondent No.4 and Shri Nasir Hussain, Advocate appearing for respondents No.5 and 6 state that the fair/Mela has concluded on 27.08.2025, which is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner. 3.
