Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Rakibul Miya @ Rakibul Hoque, son of Latif Miya, resident of Village-Balidhari, P.S.-Tarabari, District- Barpeta, has filed this application under Section 438 CrPC, seeking pre-arrest bail in Tarabari P.S. Case No. 43/2023, registered under section 306 IPC, read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. M. Rahman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. N. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this pre-arrest bail application, to which Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4.
