None appeared on both sides. 3. On 03.01.2025, this Court directed the learned counsel for the appellants to get ready for disposal of the matter. Despite direction and despite listing the matter under the caption ‘For Dismissal’ none appeared on both sides, today. 4. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter.
