ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S G PANDIT)
Heard
learned counsel Sri.Sharanu Nandoor for complainant and learned counsel Abhinandan Hiremath for accused Nos.1 and 2.
2. The above contempt is filed alleging disobedience of
order dated 15.09.2025 in W.P.No.106798/2025 wherein the learned Single Judge has passed the following order:
“i. Writ petition is allowed.
ii. A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure–A), in accordance with law and in terms of the contract entered into between the petitioner and the respondents.

iii. The respondents shall verify the bills submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
iv. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits or entitlement of the petitioner’s claim.”

Learned counsel for accused Nos.1 and 2 submits that the entire amount as claimed by the complainant in a sum of Rs.12,40,228/- has been credited to the complainant’s account as on this day.

Learned counsel for the complainant would not dispute the amount being credited to the account of the complainant.

Learned counsel Sri.Abhinandan Hiremath for accused Nos.1 and 2 for complainant submits that the order under contempt is complied and he would submit that the contempt could be dropped.

6. Submission of the
learned counsel for the complainant and learned counsel for the accused Nos.1 and 2 are placed on record.
7. Further proceedings in the above contempt are dropped accordingly.
