Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Baduli Kaman, son of late Dev Kaman, village-Moinapara, Police Station-Gogamukh, District-Dhemaji has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for his pre-arrest bail in Gogamukh Police Station Case No. 16/2025 registered under Sections 76/74/115(2)/127/329/351 BNS, 2023, corresponding to Page No.# 2/2 G.R. No. 74/2025. 3) The Court on 06.03.2025, while calling for the case diary, granted interim bail to the petitioner in said Gogamukh P.S. Case No. 16/2025, fixing the matter today for the relevant case diary. 4) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that on completion of investigation of the case, Police submitted charge-sheet in said Gogamukh P.S. Case No. 16/2025 on 10.03.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 26/2025. 5) In view of the above, the petitioner, namely, Baduli Kaman, son of late Dev Kaman may approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail in said C.R. Case No. 113/2024, arising out of Gogamukh P.S. Case No. 16/2025 on or before 10.04.2025. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed.
