[2] Petitioner filed the instant condone delay application for condoning the delay of 1 (one) day in filing the connected Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. [3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court had already taken the view that there is no necessity of filing condone delay application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India but due to inadvertent mistake, the petitioner has filed the instant condone delay application before the Registry and therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the present application.
