ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer. “a. A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to 4 to give information as per Application dated 25.06.2015 and 12.09.2016 Vide Annexure D and H respectively. b. Issue any other writ or direction, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. The petitioner is at the doors of the Court on the score that the information that is sought by the petitioner has not been furnished to its complete extent. 3. The learned AGA on instructions would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner is not in the necessary format, but a narration of several events which runs into 30 pages. Therefore, the learned AGA would submit that if a specific request of a particular document is made, in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 the information would be provided within 7 days from the date of submission of said application.

4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. The petition stands disposed reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit an application in strict consonance with the provisions of Right to Information Act seeking specific documents without narration of any further narration. 6. In the event the petitioner would submit an application under the Right to Information Act as observed herein above, information that is sought shall be furnished by the respondents in accordance with law, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the said application. 7.
