Murthy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Writ Petitioners and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the Official Respondents for allotment of free house sites/house pattas as per the Government scheme. 3. Learned Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated 24.02.2025, furnished by the Tahsildar, Hindupur, Sri Satya Sai District (Respondent No.6). Copy of it is supplied to the learned Senior Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same is taken on record. 4. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “Further, it is submitted that, 1.Babanna s/o. Peddappaiah, 2. Rama Krishna S/o Venkata Ramanappa, 3. Venkatappa S/o Thimappa a kurlappa kotnur village of Hindupur Mandal have filed W.P.No.18557 of 2014 to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings in D.Dis E2/7504/1993 dt 26.12.2012 of the 2nd respondent the proceedings No D.Dis 4567/92/J dt 05.07.1993 of the 3rd respondent and the proceedings RC.No. 340/88/A dt 04.09.1992 of the 4th respondent is illegal arbitrary and in violation of Principles of Natural justice and in violation of Art 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the agricultural land situated in Sy No 21-3 to 21-6 total extent of Ac.9.34 cents of Kotnur Village, Hindupur Mandal. It is submitted that the petitioners are praying for issue of House site Pattas to the subjected lands where in W.P.No.18557 of 2014 filed by Babanna s/o. Peddappaiah and 2 others before the Hon’ble High Court which is pending. In this regard, it is submitted that, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued G.O.Ms.No.23 Revenue (Lands.I) Department dated: 27-01-2025 with an Objective to provide House Site pattas to the Homeless poor people in 3 Rural/Urban areas in order to facilitate the construction of a pucca house under the Flagship programme “ Housing for All ” @ 3 cents in Rural Arears and @ 2 Cents in Urban areas. Further, it is submitted that, during the conduct of door to door enquiry as per the guidelines of the Govt., Necessary action will be taken regarding providing the House Site Pattas as per the eligible criteria as per the new G.O. Ms.No.23 Revenue (Lands.I) Department dated: 27-01-2025 of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.” 5. The above extract would indicate that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued G.O.Ms.No.23 Revenue (Lands-I) Department, dated 27.01.2025 with an objective to provide house site pattas to the homeless poor people in rural Rural/Urban areas and also in order to facilitate the construction of pucca houses under the Flagship programme for ‘Housing for all’ at Ac.0.03 cents in Rural Areas and Ac.0.02 cents in Urban areas. 6. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Writ Petitioners has taken this Court to the Applications submitted by the Writ Petitioners at page 152 of the Writ Petition. Learned Senior Counsel for the Writ Petitioners would state that the Writ Petitioners herein have made similar Applications on various dates. 7. Having considered the above submissions and the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit with a direction to the Official Respondents to consider the online Applications and also the various Representations which are submitted by the Writ Petitioners and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from today and convey the copies of such Orders to all the Writ Petitioners forthwith. 8. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 4 9.
