The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 02/2022, for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the I.P.C. subsequently Section 302 was added, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-II, Ranchi. 3. On 21.12.2021 at about 10:30 A.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted her husband due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and co-accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused persons namely Kavita Devi and Sandhya Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It was finally submitted that co-accused Umesh Prasad Saw @ Umesh Prasad has been acquitted in the separate trial. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-II, Ranchi in connection with Ratu P.S.
