Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Commissioner Agrarian Reforms), Pulwama is seized of the application stated to have been filed by the applicants i.e. petitioners herein, as such, the present petition be disposed of by directing the Commissioner Agrarian Reforms, Pulwama i.e. respondent No. 4 to expeditiously consider and decide the application filed by the petitioners.
2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the application stated to have been filed by the petitioners in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties.
