It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order dated 19.04.2024 passed by the respondent No.2/Assistant Director/Authorized Officer, Employees State Insurance Corporation Varanasi, a recall application has been filed by the petitioner before him. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed and prays to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid application expeditously. 2. On the other hand, it argued by Sri Umesh Chandr Kesarwani, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Assistant Director/Authorized Officer, Employees State Insurance Corporation Varanasi to decide the recall application strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.
