Sri. Sharad V.Magadum, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for pro-forma respondent-State.
2. Heard Sri. Shivaraj S.Balloli, learned counsel for the complainant, Sri. Chetan Munnoli, learned counsel for accused No.1, and Sri. Sharad V.Magadum, learned Additional Government Advocate for pro-forma respondent.
3. This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in W.P. No.106708 of 2024, wherein, this Court passed the following
order:
“i) Writ petition is allowed in part.

ii) A mandamus is issued directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 02.01.2004, 31.03.2008, 06.01.2009, 13.02.2009, 12.12.2011 and 28.02.2023 at Annexures-E to K and pass orders thereon within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.”

Learned counsel appearing for accused No.1 files a memo dated 11.12.2025 enclosing endorsement/ communication dated 03.12.2025, whereunder, the complainant is informed that sites are to be disposed of only by public auction and as such, his application for allotment stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the complainant would submit that the endorsement is opposed to the sale deed executed in favour of his neighbour and other documents.
6. Be that as it may, the direction of this Court is only to consider the representations of the petitioner, which the accused have considered and passed orders. Since the representations of the complainant are considered and an endorsement is issued, we are of the opinion that there is

substantial compliance of the directions issued and therefore, further contempt proceedings are dropped.
Liberty is reserved to the complainant to challenge the endorsement, if he is so advised.
Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of as not surviving for consideration.
