Heard learned counsel Mr. A.I.Ahmed for petitioner Zadid Hussain who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for pre- arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Nalbari PS Case No. 63/2025 ( G. R. No. 157/2025) under Section 308(4) of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 2. Mr. D.P.Goswami, learned Addl.Public Prosecutor is present for the respondent State. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with another co- accused has diverted allotment of various works from important places to unimportant places and in this manner he has also misappropriated public funds and amassed wealth. The petitioner was on interim bail vide order dated 03.03.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. 5. Case Diary reveals that the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and his statement has been recorded. He has not violated the bail conditions and has co-operated with the investigation.
