Writ of Certiorari or any other writ or direction be issued to the effect that the order of respondent no.1 dated 29.10.2024 (Annexure P-19) be set aside being illegal and against the law. II. Filing of certified and typed/translated copies of annexures be exempted. III. Issuance of advance notice of motion be exempted. IV. Costs of the petition be allowed to petitioner. V. It is further prayed that the operation of the impugned order Annexure P-19 may please be stayed during the pendency of the writ petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the light of the adjudication made by this Court in CWP No.757 of 2025, titled D.A.V. College Managing Committee and another Versus H.P. Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, Shimla and another, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:14504 alongwith connected matters, dated 05.05.2025, this petition be disposed of with the observation that the applications which have been preferred by the workman, in which the interim order has been passed, which stands assailed by way of this writ petition, be decided expeditiously in accordance with law by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 3. In the light of the request so made by learned counsel for the petitioners, as no order adverse to the interest of the private respondent is being passed by this Court, accordingly, this petition is disposed of without notice to the private respondent, with the direction that the main application which is pending adjudication before learned Labour Court, be decided by learned Labour Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice alongwith other similar cases by 31.07.2025. It is reiterated that the application shall be decided by learned Labour Court without being influenced by the observations which are there in the order passed by it under challenge, meaning thereby that it shall not be influenced by its earlier findings returned in the course of the disposal of the application.
