Heard learned counsel Mr.A.M.S.Mazumdar for the petitioner, Md. Mohibur Ali @ Khan who has filed this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for bail as he is behind bars since 18.02.2025 in connection with Sonapur P.S.Case No. 37/2025 under Sections 61(2)/87/299/351(2)/351(3) of Page No.# 2/2 the BNS, 2023. 2. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor Mr. D.P.Goswami is present for the respondent State. 3. I have considered the submissions at the Bar. 4. I have also scrutinized the case diary. 5. The allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the victim with intent for immoral trafficking. On scrutiny of the case diary, it appears that bail may be granted to the petitioner. 6. The petitioner, named above shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati under the condition that:- (i) That the petitioner shall co-operate with investigation, 7. On breach of the above bail condition, bail granted to the petitioner may be cancelled. 8. In terms of the above observation, this Bail Application stands disposed of. 9. Send back the Case Diary.
