2. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14017 of 2020 in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019. The grant of bail was subject to the condition of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.141 of 2024(6) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 petitioner depositing Rs. 10 lakhs in favour of the informant/opposite party No. 2 within a period of four months.
3. For financial constraints and other reasons, the afore-noted undertaking could not be respected; but the petitioner sought modification of the order dated 07.12.2021, which was allowed.
4. The petitioner has now paid Rs. 10 lakhs, in all, to the informant/opposite party No.
2.
5. Considering this aspect of the matter, the order dated 07.12.2021, referred to above, is confirmed. The petitioner shall remain on the same bail-bonds.
6. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
