The instant application has been filed by the revisionist with a prayer to set aside the impugned judgement and order dated 16.12.2019 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 6, Varanasi in Crl. Appeal No. 88 of 2019 (Neeraj Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P. and another), under section 29 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 P.S. Lanka, Varanasi, District Varanasi and maintain the order dated 07.05.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate, First, Varanasi under section 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Sadhna Rai @ Archna Rai Vs. Neeraj Kumar Singh). 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that as present dispute arose between husband and wife and matter has been settled between both the parties, therefore, revisionist does not want to press the instant revision and therefore, the instant revision may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection to the same. 5. In view thereof, the instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Lower court record transmitted by the court concerned to this Court shall immediately be return within two weeks.
