Issue notice to respondents No.1 and 2 only at this stage. 3. Ms. Arundhati Kulshreshtha, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. 4. Heard. 5. In view of the limited prayer, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the Election Petition (Annexure P-1) preferred by the petitioner without any delay within a period of four weeks from now.
