There is no indication that any attempt was made to submit the application by on-line mode along with necessary documents and requisite fee. 3. On query made by the Court from learned counsel for the petitioner, he is unable to clarify the said aspect. 4. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file proper application along with necessary documents and requisite fee so that the application is processed expeditiously.
