JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 2 20-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The present case has been filed with a limited prayer to dispose of Mutation Case No. 715/2024-25 dated 07.09.2024, which is pending before the Circle Officer, Sadar, Munger. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforementioned Mutation Case has been filed under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011, which mandates the Circle Officer to pass an order within 30 days. However, no order has been passed, and for this reason, the petitioner has approached this Court. Patna High Court CWJC No.2486 of 2025(2) dt.20-02-2025 2/2 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that a direction should be issued to the Circle Officer, Sadar, Munger, to pass an order on the petitioner's Mutation Case No. 715/2024- 25. 5. In light of the submissions made above, the Circle Officer, Sadar, Munger, is directed to pass a final order on Mutation Case No. 715/2024-25, which is alleged to be pending before him/her, within 30 days from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order, if no final order has been passed as of the date. 6.
